- Do you do work for the general public?
No. At least not at this time. Presently we just provide service for fleet companies. We may extend our services to the general public in the near future.
- Are you open on weekends?
No. Our normal work week is Monday thru Friday 8:00AM to 6:00PM. However we do have a technician on call 24hrs 7 days a week for emergencies.
- Do you provide wrecker service?
Yes. We do not have our own wrecker but we do business with several wrecker companies who provide 24hr service.
- Do you carry any parts on your service trucks?
Yes. Our service trucks are equipped with the most popular parts for gas and diesel engines.
- How much will a service call cost?
Cost will vary depending on travel and time. Please call our office for more information.
- If I call to cancel a service call will I be charged anyway?
That depends on several factors. Please call our office for more information.
- Do you guarantee your parts and labor?
Yes. Warranties depend on our suppliers and manufactures. Most warranties are for 12 months or 12,000 miles which ever comes first.
- Do you use dealer parts for repairs?
There are certain parts that are dealer items only. Our parts personnel automatically shop around for the lowest cost but always high quality parts.
- Do I just call your shop if I need service?
You must first fill out an application for service. Once it is approved we will add you to our customer list. Your company must be registerd in our database to receive service.
